Appraisals

We pay for your appraisal!

As an bonus to our valued clients Northwest Mortgage Experts will cover the cost of the appraisal at closing for all clients who apply for a home loan between February 1st, 2010-  March 31st, 2010. (Max Appraisal Credit is $400).

The appraisal credit will only apply when the Borrower meets all guidelines for loan approval and are able to satisfy all conditions for loan funding. In the event the loan does not fund the credit will not apply and the Borrower/Client will be responsible for the cost of the appraisal.
